Woman suffered "major injuries" in Wednesday morning collision

City police are reporting the pedestrian struck in Wednesday morning’s collision on McKeown Avenue suffered major injuries.

They also say the family of the 70 year old woman has been notified.

Yesterday police reported the collision, involving a pick-up truck, happened just after 10 am on McKeown near Cartier Street.

The investigation continues.
