North Bay Police are investigating after an early morning robbery at a residence in the McIntyre Street area of the city.

Police were called just after 4 am by a woman who says an undetermined number of people, who are not known to her, forced their way into her residence.

It’s alleged they held her to the ground and demanded money.

The suspects left on foot with about $170.

One male suspect is described as white with curly-shaggy hair over his ears.

He was wearing a baseball hat, a white t-shirt and shorts.

Anyone with any information is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
