Voodoos navigate the Rapids

A big win for the Powassan Voodoos last night (Wednesday) in Noelville.

Powassan defeated the French River Rapids 10-3 with three different Voodoos, Michael Silveri, Tyler Peters and Jake Staples scored two goals each.

The win snaps the Voodoos two game losing streak.

Eric Champagne, Daniel Golba, Daniel Walker and Tyler Gervais-Rolfe had singles.

Gervais-Rolfe also had three assists.

Netminder Mario Cavaliere got the win, making 36 saves.

Powassan is back in action tomorrow night (Friday) at home to the Timmins Rock.
