Gas prices on the council agenda tonight

A number of items are up for discussion at city council tonight (Monday), including gas prices.

A councillor motion is coming forward involving gas price regulation.

According to GasBuddy.com, the average price for regular across Ontario is about 86 cents a litre today.

That’s about 4 cents cheaper than the local average.

Back to the council agenda, there’s also two scheduled presentations.

One involves the Nipissing and Area Food Charter while the other involves the Cycling Advocates of Nipissing.

There’s also several reports coming forward including a few rezoning applications, parking bylaw issues and the annual report on North Bay’s Drinking Water System.
