The deal was announced today (Friday) as the Troops send a 12th round draft pick the other way.

That pick coming in the 2019 OHL Priority Selection.

Hargrave appeared in 50 games with the Attack and registered 10 points. In a release Attack General Manager Dale DeGray says “We wish Brett and his family nothing but the best moving forward.” He adds ” “most young hockey players dream of playing Major junior in their hometown, so this is an excellent opportunity for Brett moving forward.”

Hargrave will be in tonight’s lineup and he’ll spend his first night as a Battalion wearing a Centennials jersey.

The Troops are honoring the Centennials tonight when they host the Sarnia Sting. Broadcast time on Country-600 CKAT is 6:35pm.
