He says “we’re a bad team right now, we aren’t very good and we proved that our first two games.”

Butler says the players from the last two seasons have set the bar pretty high and he says it’s up to this years team to decide what level they want to play at.

He says as coaches they will try to speed up the process but they are a team that is under construction.

Butler says they are hoping for improvements every day from their young group. He says it’s up to the players to decide where they want to go.

The Battalion host the Kitchener Rangers tonight at Memorial Gardens. Broadcast time on Country-600 CKAT is 6:35pm.
