City police are investigating a few break-ins in recent days.

Police say sometime overnight last Thursday a storage trailer of a Main West business was pried open.

A generator and barbecue are missing.

Meantime, just before 12:30 Saturday afternoon police say a person walked through the back of a Fourth Avenue East business and stole a purse from an office.

The suspect is described as white, 30 to 40 years old, wearing a white ball cap that was on backwards, a brown suit jacket and white shorts.

And police say an Anita Avenue resident contacted them Friday saying a digital camera was missing.

She believes the theft may have happened last Wednesday night.

Anyone with any information is asked to contact police or crime stoppers.

North Bay Police also report a domestic-related incident has led to charges.

A 36 year old city man is charged with domestic violence and mischief after an incident early Sunday morning.

It’s alleged a man hit a woman after a verbal dispute on Main Street East.

The man then left in a vehicle, as the passenger.

He was arrested after a traffic stop on Worthington.

That’s also where police charged the 33 year old male driver with impaired and possession of cocaine.

A small quantity of suspected cocaine was seized by police.
