Butler has U18 at 3-0 at Ivan Hlinka

A 9-2 thumping of Switzerland has Canada 3-0 at the Ivan Hlinka Memorial Tournament in the Czech Republic.

Led by Battalion Head Coach Stan Butler – the U18 Squad will now gear up for a semi-final match against Russia on Friday.

In the win over Switzerland – Battalion forward Zach Poirier recorded his first point of the tournament with a helper on a goal.

Canada defeated Sweden 2-0 and Czech Republic 3-1 in their previous games.
