Alliance helping "scare hunger"

Over 70 families have taken part in the WE Scare Hunger initiative at Alliance French Immersion Public School, so far.

WE Scare Hunger is an action campaign to help end local hunger.

Dozens of grocery bags and boxes of food were collected for the North Bay Food Bank through the Halloween-related initiative.

According to a social media post by the school, donations continue to be accepted through Friday.

A specific total won’t be known until the donated food is brought to the food bank.
