cecil's Five quality craft beers are now available right from the tank to the tap at Cecil’s.

Cecil’s restaurant has officially opened as a microbrewery today (Thursday) and Brew master Brian Watson says they have made beers that appeal to this market.

He says they are approachable and relatively easy drinking. He says they are also unique for a craft brewery.

Watson says you lose a lot of quality if you have to have your beer delivered.

He says customers will really taste the freshness and coolness of the beer at Cecil’s.

Watson says he was asked by Owner John Leichlitner to put together five styles of beer that appeal to this market.
