Getting their caffeine fix leads to charges

An unusual theft in Sturgeon Falls has given new meaning to the term “hot” coffee.

West Nipissing Police report they were dispatched to a restaurant on Front Street on July 10th after video showed three men entering the store, with one of them reaching over and taking a coffee pot to the table.

Another male then took the coffee pot and left the store.

A 21 year old and 20 year old were both charged with theft under $5,000.
