pipesThe province recently announced a plan to spend $11.5-billion on infrastructure outside of the Greater Toronto Area.

They are holding consultations to hear what municipal leaders and the general public has to say on where to best spend this money.

Mayor Al McDonald will be in attendance at the consultation today (Wednesday) in Sudbury.

He says he will be bringing forward the ideas that were discussed between the Mayors of the five large urban centers in the north.

McDonald says they would like to see the province partner with municipalities to take care of the top two infrastructure needs of the city.

He says city staff and council have yet to pick out what the top two priorities for North Bay would be.

McDonald says those discussions will come after meeting with the province.
