West Nipissing Police looking for public input

The West Nipissing Police Service is looking for feedback from residents there who have interacted with the police service.

Chief Chuck Seguin says they’ve launched a service delivery satisfaction survey.

The online questionnaire is located on the West Nipissing Police Service website.

Seguin says they’re always interested in feedback.

He says they want to hear about any positives and also areas where there can be improvement.

He says if there are gaps in service, training, communication or elsewhere, they want to learn about them and take corrective measures.

Seguin points out the survey will be ongoing and he’ll be checking and analyzing the data periodically.
