NOJHL back in North Bay... for a few weekends

The Kirkland Lake Gold Miners preparations for next season includes a stop in North Bay this weekend.

The NOJHL club is holding their summer development camp at the Pete Palangio Arena Friday through Sunday.

Fans are encouraged to check out the camp, with games scheduled for 7:30 Friday night, 10:30 am and 4 pm on Saturday, then 8:30 Sunday morning.

The Gold Miners are gearing up for a big season ahead in Kirkland Lake, as the host of the 2016 Dudley Hewitt Cup.

Meantime, it’s a busy July at Pete Palangio Arena.

Last weekend, the French River Rapids held their open try-out camp at the city’s “double rinks” while the Powassan Voodoos have their final prospects camp coming up July 17th to 19th at Pete Palangio Arena.
