Call about an "emergency situation" turns out to be nothing

City police, fire and ambulance were all dispatched to the airport shortly after 7 o’clock Thursday night for what’s described as an “emergency situation” that police say turned out to be nothing.

Staff Sgt Brian Crown says the all clear was given shortly after crews arrived.

Reports suggest several emergency vehicles were on the scene.
