Shogren & Forgette 1

 

Job creation and bringing in industries – that’s the sole focus of the Invest North Bay Economic Development Corporation; and now they have some council representation at the table.

Councillors Derek Shogren and Darryl Vaillancourt have been added to the table.

Shogren says this is a group who will be trying to do what’s best for North Bay.

He says he’s happy to be council’s representative at the table and wants to make this board work. 

 

Shogren says they will have to keep their expectations realistic for the first little while.

Shogren says with the mix of backgrounds of people around the table, there are opportunities in many areas that just haven’t presented themselves yet.
