summer weatherCooler than normal temperatures are expected this summer in North Bay.

But, Meteorologist with The Weather Network, Erin Wenckstern says that doesn’t mean it’s time to panic and get the boots back out of the closet.

She says it will be a cooler than normal summer, meaning not too many days above the 30 degree mark.

But, she adds we will see a lot of days just below 25 degrees as the day time high.

Wenckstern says if you enjoy the really hot, sticky weather then B.C. is your best bet for that in Canada.

She says there will be back and forth shifts between the cool and warm air masses all summer.

Meantime, Wenckstern says it’s a little difficult to determine the amount of precipitation expected at this time.

She says there are warmer temperatures moving up through the central and northern United States and that could bring in wet days if they reach our area.
