Golf tournament raises funds for North Bay Regional Health Centre

A recent charity golf tournament raised close to $12,000 for the Pediatrics Unit at the North Bay Regional Health Centre.

The money came from the North Bay Chrysler event at the Clarion Resort Pinewood Park Golf Course.

Specifically, the money will help the hospital purchase a Phillips Cardiac Monitor which will help staff provide important information on the heart rate, breathing and temperature of young patients. North Bay Chrysler owner Ryan Farquhar says the tournament is a way for the Chrysler family to give back to the community.
