With Christmas just over a week away local residents may be looking for unique gifts.

World Vision says that’s where they come in.

Officials say their Gift Catalogue involves gifts that will continue to make a difference in the lives of children and families in developing countries, well after the Christmas season is done.

That includes livestock, access to clean water and education, hand-crafted gifts that support artisans around the world and more.

Last year, over 50,000 Canadians, including 94 from North Bay, bought gifts from the World Vision Gift Catalogue.

Local residents donated over $14,000. For more information visit worldvision.ca/gifts.
