The North Bay Christmas Angel Program is back for a 12th year at three local hotels.

The return of the program means people who are visiting friends or relatives at the North Bay Regional Health Centre in North Bay won’t have to worry about accommodations.

That’s because they’re being offered a free nights stay by the Best Western, Holiday Inn Express and Travelodge Airport North Bay.

“Cherish the time with family this holiday season while we ensure you have all the comforts of home while in North Bay”, Ted Bailey General Manager of the Best Western North Bay.

“We don’t all choose to be away during the festive season,” said Kathy Nicholson, General Manager of the Travelodge Airport North Bay. “We are pleased to make this accommodation offer to help bring families together during the holidays.”

“The Holiday season is a time for reaching out to those who are experiencing some trying times,” said Kristen Hanlon Sales Manager of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites North Bay. “This program allows us to welcome them into our family for a little while”

“The management and staff of the Best Western North Bay are delighted to be a candle in the night for families that are facing such challenges – especially during the holiday season.” said Angela Johnston, Director of Sales. “We encourage everyone to take time to count their blessings and remember the true gifts in life.”

Special vouchers will need to be picked up at the North Bay Regional Health Centre and Emergency.

Officials say there’s a special rate available for any additional nights.

The program runs until December 30th.
