It's convocation week at Canadore College

The first of three convocation ceremonies this week at Canadore College goes today (Wednesday).

About 325 graduates are receiving their diplomas in the Schools of Business and Management; Community Justice and Police Studies; Culinary Arts; Language, Access and Preparatory; Media, Design and Dramatic Arts along with Sport and Recreation.

CEO of the Ontario College Application Service Karen Creditor is the guest speaker.

She’s also a former director of handheld operations at Research in Motion.

Two more convocation ceremonies are lined up for this week for other programs at Canadore too.
