tp_north BayA local initiative which helps and donates toilet paper to local food banks launched for it’s second consecutive year.

Team TP North Bay will be in the area collecting toilet paper rolls throughout the month of May and hope to surpass their goal from last year which was a total of 15,465. Ellen Faulkner and her friends started the initiative and she knows how helpful this event can be for people.

“The initiative is to help out the non-profit people that cannot afford the toilet paper and depend on the food bank,” stated Faulkner.

“This way we give it to the food bank so this way it helps them”.

It will be a five week fundraiser and local residents can drop off their donations at T-Zone Vibration, North Bay Computer Doctor and several other locations located through the city.
