But they can celebrate now as Mike Amadio earned the honors for the week of February 15th to 21st.

He had nine points in the four Battalion wins this past week, which also put him over the 40 goal mark; he’s  just the fifth member of the Battalion franchise to reach the 40 goal plateau and the first to do it since the franchise moved to North Bay. Amadio saw his production rise to 42 goals and 42 assists for a career high 84 points on the year.

He has a point in 11 straight games and is the third member of the Battalion to win this award this season; Zach Bratina won the award for the week of October 12th to 18th and goaltender Jake Smith was the winner December 14th to 20th.
