Voodoos send the Gold Miners packing

There will be a new NOJHL champion this year.

This after the Powassan Voodoos eliminated the defending champs from Kirkland Lake with a 6-3 win in game six of their best of seven series last night (Sunday).

Jake Staples had two goals for Powassan in the win.

The Voodoos advance to the East Division Final against Cochrane.
