Ryan Mills and Kobe SeguinApril is going to be a big month for two Minor Bantam AAA Trappers.

That’s because they’re headed to the Czech Republic and Slovakia for the World Selects Invitational hockey tournament.

The North American West Coast Selects team includes left winger Ryan Mills and defenceman Kobe Seguin.

The tournament features a number of international and select teams from Canada and the U.S., Hungary, Sweden, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Norway, Germany and Russia.

Kobe says this will be his first international event.

That’s something Ryan is also looking forward to.

Kobe has been on the team for a few summers, while Ryan joined them last year.

They’re two of four Canadians on the team, while the rest of the players are from the U-S, including Chicago, Detroit, Los Angeles, Dallas and Pittsburgh.

The team will be practicing in Prague, before heading to Bratislava, Slovakia for the tournament April 21st to 25th.

And while both Ryan and Kobe are looking forward to the international event, they’re also getting ready, with their Trappers teammates, for the team’s playoff series with the Sault next weekend.
