2 local youth bowling teams win bronze

Two teams from Partners Bowling in North Bay won bronze at the Northern Ontario Provincials on the weekend in Sudbury.

21 local youth bowlers took part.

The junior boys team (pictured) of Christopher MacLean, Ryan Boutin-Clement, Tyrone Woodbury, Xavier Smith and coach Kathy Grant and the senior boys team, including Cody Edmunds Jordan Boehk, Liam Smith, Marc Lécuyer and coach Natash Trembaly both won bronze.

The juniors missed the silver medal by just 3 points after bowling four games.

Gold medalists from Chatelanes in Sturgeon Falls and Tri-Town Lanes in Haileybury will compete at the Nationals.
