Rally taking place to support fired nurse

Neighbours, friends and co-workers of a nurse let go from the hospital will be rallying today (Thursday) at MPP Vic Fedeli‘s office.

The Ontario Council of Hospital Unions says they’re looking for the nurse, who spoke out on violent attacks on healthcare staff to be reinstated and to have Fedeli bring up the issue in the Legislature.

Officials say it’s the first of several events they have lined up for this month.

Supporters from the across the province are coming to North Bay February 29th for a rally that will be held at the hospital.
