Marina Point expansion

Marina Point is moving forward with a $10-million expansion.

Mayor Al McDonald says this is something that has been in the works for two years and the actual work will begin soon.

He says they officially had to sell a small plot of city owned land, and the proceeds are going to Heritage North Bay.

The Mayor says it’s a good project for the city.

He says council has identified growth as their number one priority and here’s a $10-million expansion.

McDonald added “I feel everyone will deem it as a very wise investment for our downtown core.”
