39 North Bay Titans swimmers took part in the Ontario Team Challenge event on the weekend in Markham, placing 11th out of 23 teams from across the province.

Julia Rivet won two gold, four silver and a bronze at the event.

Katherine Tripp won a bronze medal while the 10 and under Girls 4X100 Freestyle relay team also won bronze.

Eight other Titans had top 10 finishes, including Gabriel Cadieux, Steve Cholette, Joshua Gough, Ayden Michaud, Nikita Ouellette, Quinn Schroeder, Regine Wyss and Ethan Yates.

25 more achieved personal best times.

They include:  Ashlyn Auger, Owen Baas, Gabrielle Budden, Indiana Coffin, Leah Dawson, Mikaelle Dobbs, Maggie Fedeli, Jack Hachkowski, Julie Jonescu, Sarah Lepkan, Brody Marietti, William Mitchell, Jillian O’Donnell, Marlee Parker, Madison Piper, Emma Ringuette, Katie Sefton, Ryan Spencer, Drew Stephenson, Reuben Stevenson, Jennifer Tripp, Fionna Truong, Alexis Viczian, Katelyn Warner and Emily Yates.

Next up, the Titans will compete in Sudbury at the East Side Mario’s Invitational Meet on May 12-14.
