Canadore Foundation welcomes former Environmental Commissioner to the Board

Canadore College‘s Foundation Board has a new member.

He’s Ontario’s former Environmental Commissioner, Gord Miller.

The Foundation was formed in 2014 to raise funds to allow Canadore College to continue to provide outstanding applied education and training for an ever-changing world.

Officials say Miller, who was Environmental Commissioner until last year, is highly-respected for his accomplishments in office such as targeting greenhouse gas emissions and energy conservation priorities.
