Arrest made after pharmacy robbery in Sundridge

Almaguin OPP reporting an arrest after pharmacy robberies in Omemee on January 5th and Sundridge on January 9th.

Two counts of robbery have been filed against a 33 year old man from Grey Highlands, which is southeast of Owen Sound.

The investigation continues and police are seeking the public’s assistance with any information involving the robbery in Sundridge.

North Bay man charged with impaired

North Bay OPP are reporting a 34 year old city man has been charged with impaired after police were notified of a vehicle in the ditch around 4 am Sunday.

The incident happened on Highway 63, near Redbridge.

OPP say a good samaratin stopped to help the driver who was not injured.

One person helped the driver out of the vehicle while a second person called police.
