North Bay PoliceCharges have been filed against three city men after a robbery earlier this month on Fisher Street.  

It’s alleged that between January 2nd and 6th the accused forced their way into an apartment, exposed an alleged handgun, demanded cash, made threats and confined three victims for about three hours before leaving with a TV and DVD recorder.

Police say the victims and the accused are known to each other.

Three men, ages 35, 48 and 54 are charged with break, enter & commit, pointing a firearm, uttering threats, extortition with a firearm, robbery with firearm and forcible confinement.

The were held for bail hearings yesterday (Tuesday).
