Battalion win in Sarnia

The North Bay Battalion won 3-2 over the top ranked team in the country, the Sarnia Sting on Friday night.

Justin Brazeau, Luke Burghardt and Brett McKenzie scored while Julian Sime made 30 saves in the win.

Of note, Stan Butler was credited with his 681st OHL coaching win, tying former Belleville and Kingston coach Larry Mavety for fourth place all-time.

The Troops are 1-1 on their three game western road swing that takes them to London tonight.
