Voodoos support breast cancer research

A special contribution from the Powassan Voodoos to the local branch of the Canadian Cancer Society.

The NOJHL club held a Pink in the Rink game and raised over 5500 Dollars for breast cancer research. 

Voodoos president Jim Bruce says the team plans to make this an annual event. 

The manager of the local branch of the Canadian Cancer Society Gil Pharand says they’re overwhelmed with the contribution from the Voodoos and the Powassan community.
