North Bay Regional Health Centre foundation president receives appointment

The president and CEO of the North Bay Regional Health Centre Foundation has an additional job.

Tammy Morison has been named the Ontario representative of the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy Canada Council or AHP.

The AHP is an international organization dedicated to developing people who encourage charity in North American healthcare organizations.

AHP’s members represent 2200 health care facilities in North America.

North Bay Regional Health Centre Foundation Chair Guido Verillo says they are pleased that Tammy is able to share her skills, knowledge and enthusiasm with other health care organizations.

She also is now a board member of the Hospital Development Education Fund Canada.

This organization provides scholarship assistance to AHP members so they can attend important international conferences like the one in Montreal next spring.
