NEW opp policeAn 82 year old Sudbury woman has been charged with careless driving following a fatal accident earlier this month.

The collision happened December 7th on Highway 17 near Dube Road in East Ferris.  At the time police reported a westbound vehicle entered an eastbound lane and collided with an eastbound vehicle.

A 95 year old North Bay woman was transported to hospital by ambulance where she was pronounced deceased.
