Allegations involving intimate photos leads to charges for a city man

North Bay Police are reporting a harassment complaint has led to charges for a 28 year old North Bay man.

Police say it’s alleged between June and December an intimate photo of a 22 year old city woman was posted on the internet without her consent while intimate photos were shared via text.

The man has been charged with make intimate image available without consent, distribute intimate image without consent and possession of marijuana under 30 grams.

His name is not being released to protect the identity of the victim.
