Plenty of podium finishes for the Algonquin Barons swim team at NOSSA on Wednesday.

Zeyana Laplante won two gold, Josee Aubin and Forrest Herman won a gold medal each with a silver medal for Evan Kilroy and bronze for Meghan Zhoo.

The senior women’s 200 IM relay team (Olivia Gagnon, Savanah Thibeault, Aubin and Laplante) also won gold.

They will also being going to the OFSAA swim championship in Windsor in March.

Qualified athletes are permitted to swim a maximum of two individual events and one relay at the provincial event.
