Four local musicians are about to release an album together and have a host of tour dates too.

Hidden Roots Collective includes Annie Sumi, Brigitte Lebel, Rose-Erin Stokes and Holly Cunningham.

The record, “Come Up, Honey”, was put together with funding from the Ontario Arts Council.

Their debut album is described as filled with moving harmonies and four story lines intertwined through stories of love and self-discovery.

Hidden Roots Collective is performing at the Davedi Club September 1st.

Overall, they have shows in a dozen cities next month.
