City police issued 14 speeding tickets during a 2 and a half hour traffic enforcement blitz on the 900 block of Airport Road today (Friday).

The speed limit there is 60 km/h.

Police say the highest registered speed was 87 km/h.

Three tickets were also handed out to driver for failing to produce insurance card.
